Twin screw Extruder

It integrates low energy consumption, high output, mixing and extrusion, and can replace the twin-roll mill for low temperature mixing. It is suitable for rubber and plastic foaming enterprises. After mixing, the whole material is fed into the twin-screw mixing tank by bucket elevator for mixing, constant temperature and extrusion. After cutting, it is put into the foaming oil press for foaming. The extruded thick sheet has high compactness, no air holes after foaming, which greatly improves the product yield, saves energy and reduces personnel.
